• "Sensitive Data" means Personal Data that warrants enhanced protection — in kkclub's context this includes CNIC documents, self-exclusion status, responsible gaming settings, and financial transaction records.

kkclub collects the following categories of Personal Data from players and Platform visitors:

We do not collect any data that is not necessary for the purposes described in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy. We do not collect biometric data beyond the liveness selfie used for CNIC matching during the KYC process.

Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications does not affect your ability to maintain an active Account.

kkclub does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to any third party. Data sharing is limited strictly to the following categories of recipients, each operating under a written data processing agreement with kkclub:

• Payment processors: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, and our USDT TRC20 gateway receive the minimum transactional data required to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are independently regulated and maintain their own privacy and security standards.

Players are strongly advised to use a unique, complex password for their kkclub Account and to enable two-factor authentication from within the Account security settings. kkclub accepts no liability for data breaches attributable to a player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.

kkclub retains your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to any individual. Where a legal hold has been placed on data — for example, in connection with ongoing litigation or a regulatory investigation — that data will be retained until the hold is lifted.

• Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data held by kkclub is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Account profile data can be updated directly from your dashboard; CNIC data corrections must be submitted via support with supporting documentation.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your Personal Data and Account. Erasure requests will be fulfilled within 30 days, subject to retention obligations described in Section 8. Data required for regulatory compliance cannot be deleted before the applicable retention period expires.

kkclub will not charge a fee for responding to privacy rights requests unless a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply. You will be informed of any applicable fee before it is charged.

The kkclub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. kkclub does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21 years of age. CNIC-based KYC verification is the primary mechanism through which kkclub enforces its 21+ age restriction — every player must complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed and kkclub reserves the right to request age verification at any point during a player's account lifecycle.

If kkclub discovers that an Account has been registered by a person under 21, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The Account will be permanently closed.
• All gameplay history, bonus credits, and winnings associated with the Account will be voided.
• Any real-money deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting the value of any bonuses claimed, subject to completion of verification.
