In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kkclub" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at kkclub.bio, including all sub-pages, games, cashier services, and support functions accessible to registered players.
• "Platform" means the kkclub website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated tools or services provided to players.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kkclub Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by kkclub that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process kkclub conducts using CNIC documentation before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.
• "Payment Methods" refers to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, and USDT TRC20 — the cashier options currently supported by kkclub for PKR deposits and withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion functions available within every kkclub Account dashboard.

By accessing the kkclub Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kkclub Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting kkclub support. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Access to kkclub is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkclub enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kkclub, its affiliated entities, or its software or payment service providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion in place on the Platform. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register are in breach of these Terms.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of kkclub complies with all applicable laws in the territory from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must have a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA for the purposes of KYC verification.

kkclub reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kkclub may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the kkclub Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

kkclub will conduct KYC verification using your CNIC before processing your first withdrawal and at any point thereafter where kkclub reasonably deems further verification necessary for compliance, security, or anti-money-laundering purposes. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or changes to account details.

During the KYC process you may be required to submit:

• A clear colour copy or photograph of your CNIC (front and back).
• A selfie holding your CNIC for liveness verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered under the same CNIC.
• Source of funds documentation in cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence under kkclub's AML policy.

You are responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. kkclub strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication. You must notify kkclub support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. kkclub accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on kkclub are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all cashier transactions:

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time, subject to network availability. SadaPay, HBL, and UBL bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Exchange rates applied are those prevailing at the time of credit to your Account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the kkclub cashier at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• kkclub does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and transaction volume at the time of request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has met all applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• kkclub reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar week. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks at kkclub's discretion, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where account activity has been flagged for review.

kkclub offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance of your Account and are tracked separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before conversion.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over using qualifying bets. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds or bet sizes are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per CNIC, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment details constitute bonus abuse.
• kkclub reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where kkclub has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or has breached these Terms in connection with a promotion.
• kkclub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already validly claimed by Players in accordance with the terms in force at the time of claim.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the kkclub Platform. Game-specific rules and sports betting rules are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kkclub does not accept cancellation requests for bets after confirmation except where an error by kkclub is established in accordance with Section 14 (Disputes).
• kkclub reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error. Players will be notified and the staked amount returned to their Account balance in such cases.
• For sports betting markets, all results are determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket). kkclub is not responsible for third-party result reporting errors.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and system availability. kkclub accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market at the time of placing a bet.
• kkclub RNG games are certified by independent testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on individual game pages. These figures represent statistical outcomes over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkclub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action where warranted:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through duplicate accounts, third-party payment methods, coordinated play patterns, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Use of automated systems: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to automate gameplay, betting decisions, or cashier actions without authorisation from kkclub.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained this way are void and subject to recovery.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. kkclub reports suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its AML obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or wallet provider after funds have been credited to your kkclub Account. Doing so constitutes fraud and kkclub will pursue recovery through all available legal means.

kkclub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling on kkclub is intended purely as a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or recovering previous losses.

Every kkclub Account includes the following Responsible Gaming Tools accessible from the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your Account cannot be used for deposits, betting, or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, kkclub will suppress all marketing communications directed to your Account.

kkclub operates a strict 21+ policy and employs CNIC-based age verification to prevent underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance held will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting the value of any bonuses claimed.

kkclub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• KYC verification cannot be completed within the required timeframe or submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.
• kkclub is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.
• Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8 has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
• An Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, kkclub may forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable provision.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting kkclub support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the kkclub Platform — including but not limited to the kkclub name, logo, brand assets, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kkclub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of kkclub.

Any unauthorised use of kkclub intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkclub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkclub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures outside kkclub's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, bank systems, or blockchain network congestion.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits kkclub's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kkclub's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kkclub collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, CNIC verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history, device identifiers, and IP addresses. This data is used for Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

kkclub does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis for the purposes of platform operation, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a bet outcome, or any other aspect of the kkclub Platform, you must follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to kkclub support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your Account username, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of your complaint. Support will respond within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may request escalation to the kkclub compliance team by replying to the original support thread and using the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation Request".
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: The kkclub compliance team will issue a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving the escalation. This decision is binding on both parties subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

No legal proceedings may be initiated against kkclub in respect of a dispute until the full internal complaints process above has been exhausted.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkclub holds its international gaming license. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the internal complaints process in Section 14.

Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to ensure their use of kkclub complies with applicable Pakistani law. kkclub makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any regulatory consequences arising from a Player's choice to access the Platform.

kkclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects Player rights or obligations — kkclub will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account and via a platform notification displayed upon login.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required for immediate regulatory compliance, may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
